Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member" or "Player") and a9login ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the a9login.one website, mobile applications, gaming services, sports betting, live casino and all related products.

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement without conditions.

1.1 Updates to Terms

a9login reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Member Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

a9login services are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of the platform by anyone below this age limit is strictly prohibited. a9login reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's age, including a copy of the MyKad identity card or other official documents.

If it is proven that a member registered using false age information, a9login reserves the right to close that account immediately and withhold all existing balances in accordance with established procedures.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to register and use one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, family members living at the same address or using the same device or network is prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances being unable to be withdrawn.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you must provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating your information if there are any changes. a9login is not responsible for any problems arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

2.4 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you unless you report the discrepancy to our customer service team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit is RM20 per supported payment method. All deposits must be made through payment methods listed by the platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). a9login does not accept payments from third parties or unlisted methods.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal funds are usually credited within 1 hour after the request is approved. a9login reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

3.3 Unauthorised Transactions

Any attempt to make a deposit or withdrawal using unauthorised means, including using another person's payment information without their consent, may result in legal action. a9login reserves the right to hold funds and suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

4.1 Welcome Bonus

a9login offers a welcome bonus of 120% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000. As another example: a deposit of RM2,600 yields a bonus of RM1,500 (maximum cap), a balance of RM4,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

4.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and eligibility conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• a9login reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, address, mobile number or device.

4.3 VIP Programme

The a9login VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0%. Progression to a higher tier depends on your overall betting activity.

Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Results

All game results recorded by the a9login system are final. Should any technical dispute or system disruption occur, a9login reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player.

5.2 Invalid Bets

Bets placed through technical means that exploit the system, including the use of automated bots, third-party software or bug exploitation, are invalid. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.

5.3 Service Disruptions

a9login is not responsible for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, technical issues on the part of game service providers or factors beyond our control. We do, however, make every effort to ensure the platform remains stable and accessible.

Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team via live chat or email. All eligible balances will be returned to you once all conditions have been met.

6.2 Closure by a9login

a9login reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, use of multiple accounts, system manipulation, attempted money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling activity may apply for self-exclusion through our customer service. The self-exclusion period is binding and cannot be cancelled before the requested period ends. This is part of a9login's commitment to responsible gambling.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

a9login provides the platform as is. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, a9login is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which this platform operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution method.
